"Apex Legends" Legacy Patch is heading to its Season 9 update this Tuesday, May 4. The developers said that a new Legend named Valkyrie will enter the game soon. It's even better to hear that the upcoming Arenas mode will be included as well.
Respawn Entertainment is now ready for this huge update this week especially for those players who access the game from PC, Xbox, and PlayStation.
'Apex Legends' Legacy Update Main Highlights
According to a report by Express, the update will begin on May 4 at 6 PM BST/10 AM PST. There will be an upcoming new Legends character named "Valkyrie." She is the daughter of Apex Predator Viper.
In the patch notes of the "Apex Legends," a note indicates that a new Arenas mode is coming soon. We never know if the mobile version will be launched as well, but it is unlikely that the developers will release it along with a major update.
"The Games are going underground with the introduction of a new permanent mode: Arenas. Fully reassembled and unimpressed with the glitz and glamor of the Apex Games, former Apex Predator Ash is taking the competition back to its roots. A purer form of combat," the note reads.
Apart from that, several changes including map updates, spawn loots, group emotes and other information will be included in the Season 9 patch.

This mode initially surfaced as a rumor, but this time, we could now confirm that this 3v3 battle is finally an official part of the update. Next season, we will be seeing a battle royale-style of combat within a custom map, Charlie Intel reported.
Two Custom maps:

Changes in Olympus Map
