Just some time last week, Gigabyte then officially announced its upcoming CMP 30HX mining card. The card was given the name NVIDIA CMP 30HX D6 6G with the serial GV-N30HXD6-6G. As of the moment, ASUS, which is currently one of NVIDIA's official AIB partners, has announced that it is also getting ready to launch its very own line of CMP 30HX crypto mining GPUs, according to Neowin.
The report points to a certain Reddit user known as MathematicianBasic73 who had posted images of what looks like the ASUS version of the CMP 30HX graphics card along with information that ASUS is actually set to release it next month with a price of $799. Although the pictures were taken down, they are still available on TechWorm. According to the story by TechWorm, as people can see from the images shown above, the upcoming ASUS CMP 30HX GPUs is going to be called the CMP 30HX-6G.
ASUS CMP 30HX specs
The upcoming GPU will be based on the graphics processor that is capable of performing the following specs.
Capable of operating up to a maximum frequency of 1785 MHz
Has a base frequency 1530 MHz
The GPU is going to be a 6GB GDDR6 GPU
Clocks at 14 Gbps
Has a 192-bit memory bus
Has a one 8-pin connector.
These details are what the upcoming ASUS CMP 30HX-6G specs are expected to carry. Of course, this could still vary depending on ASUS's decisions but as of the moment, these are the solid specs expected.
When it comes to the design, the upcoming ASUS CMP 30HX mining cars will be more similar to the known GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER DUAL EVO but with just a few minor changes. The GPU also won't have any particular display output capacity. It is also important to note that there are no connectors on the GPU's I/O bracket for displaying the shown images.

The GPU will also be equipped with the very same amount of CUDA cores as the other GTX 1660 with 1408.
