'Cyberpunk 2077' Patch 1.2: Driving Will Now be Easier, But There's a Weird Cops Update

"Cyberpunk 2077" Patch Notes 1.2 will soon arrive. This new update brings new changes that will enhance the fans' gaming experiences. However, it was confirmed that the popular shooting game would also receive a weird cops update.

According to Kotaku Australia's latest report, CD Projekt Red released a video to reveal how the new in-game updates work. The teaser was posted on Friday, Mar. 19, and was able to generate more than 6,000 views almost immediately.

However, the "Cyberpunk 2077" YouTube channel decided to turn off the comment section, preventing the players and other analysts from expressing their opinions regarding the new Patch Notes 1.2.

PC Games reported that the new Patch Notes 1.2 is expected to address some of the shooting game's major issues. One of these is the sudden appearance of NCPD officers. Players complained that these cops are always spawning in any crime. Here are the exact changes in the game:

  • Fewer cops randomly spawning directly behind you the second you put a toe out of line.
  • Tweaks to make cars control better even when the framerate dips.
  • More options for WASD bindings on the keyboard.
  • The option to turn off double-tapping the movement key to dodge.
  • Adjustments to speed and to steer to make driving easier, including a sensitivity slider.
  • There is a new Unstuck feature. This will activate when a player's vehicle accelerates but doesn't move.

When will it be released?

The upcoming Patch Notes 1.2 is expected to be the game's biggest update right now. Its fixes are expected to solve the glitches and suboptimal performance of the shooting title's open world. Previously, players complained that it is tough to drive the vehicles in the game. Some of them even said that "Grand Theft Auto" is still better than "Cyberpunk 2077."

Because of this, CD Projekt Red continuously releasing new adjustments and enhancements to improve the players' gaming experience further.
