The fire had reportedly broken out at around 4:30 PM PT. It was reportedly caused by a certain combination of molten aluminum as well as hydraulic fluid. This was according to the accounts of spokesperson representing the Fremont Fire Department. According to the story by CNet, the fire was actually described as "deep-seated" and even restricted to a vehicle manufacturing stamping machine.

As of the moment, there were no injuries reported to the firefighters or even to the Tesla employees. The Tesla Model 3 is reportedly produced at the said factory. The production, on the other hand, was expected to resume this March 7. However, it still isn't clear as to what had happened. This isn't reality the first time that there was a fire that reportedly broke out in the same factory in California.

Back in 2018, another small fire had broken out from the same facility and set afire a cardboard pile that was located close to the said factory test track and even spread to what was said to be an outside structure. That particular fire was also quickly extinguished by the official firefighters.

Tesla, however, did not give any official request for comment. However, the company has reportedly dissolved its own public relations department some time last year. The live footage was uploaded by KTVU on Twitter.

The Tesla Motor Club site had a post regarding the Tesla Semi being spotted on the company's test track at the reported Fremont factory. It also hinted that the start of production was imminent. The ride of the new electric truck was reportedly filmed by the company's very own representatives which was also possibly done in order to create a new upcoming advertisement for the company's supposed finished product.

A certain video was posted on YouTube by Chris Nguyen showing the white Tesla Semi that was spotted on the Tesla test track over at the Fremont factory. The video was said to be filmed on March 5 but due to certain problems with the drone, only two short videos were taken. There still isn't much information regarding whether or not the shot taken also included the very same Tesla factory that had reportedly caught on fire.
