Bungie revealed two new ornamental concepts for this year's Festival of the Lost, featuring Monsters and Dinosaurs!
These competing factions feature classic designs with deep camouflage colors and distinct features of monsters or dinosaurs.
Monsters Vs. Dinosaurs
Monsters come in three distinct designs. The first has a grey rough armor resembling dragon scales highlighted by blue accessories, including their helmet, gloves, shoulder plates, and cape. The second design has a yellow-green color with a texture resembling a fish-man. Most notable is the fin-like design from his helmet, gloves, and boots. The last design features the monster cyclops with a single horn. He has a heavy-set upper armor design with rounded edges and is highlighted by brown fur for his lower armor. There is an interesting detail of chains attached to one of his hips.
Dinosaurs also have three interesting design concepts-all three feature unique dinosaur helmets. The first is similar to velociraptors, with sleek edges and fierce designs of orange veins all over his body. The second is a triceratops with three horns. His armor is set on heavy leather colored brown and cameo. Lastly features th e famous tyrannosaurus rex. The whole design is accented in sharp red colors creating an intimidating look. His armor appears to be full plate steel with fang designs on his chest plate.
Bungie gives us a peek of these concepts with three models wearing these designs per faction.

Once a winner has been decided, the ornaments will be available in the market through Eververse, bought with Bright Dust or Silver. This is a refreshing alternative where players can push themselves in Eververse for a grind and earn Bright Dust if they do not have money for Silver.
This is an interesting direction Bungie has set out for its players. Online discussions might run rampant for the coming days. With only a few days left before surveys close, favorable votes can be cast in either faction. Bungie keeps its counting tally confidential until the last vote is cast. Only one faction will survive the week!
