PlayStation Plus currently has treats that will surely excite many PS5 and PS5 fans. Why? Because it is offering free games, which can be enjoyed until April. Previously, Sony only announced that the games will be available until March, but it took its word back as it extended the free games' availability.
According to Comicbook's latest report, PlayStation Plus free games will only be available for its subscribers. On the other hand, Gadgets 360 reported that PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 owners will also have a copy of the "Rachet and Rank" for free, which is a part of Sony's Play At Home initiative.
The current Play At Home event was introduced in April 2020. It was released so that people can entertain themselves when the lockdowns are just getting started because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
How to get PlayStation Plus free games
Sony confirmed that the games will also be available for those players who can access Play At Home titles, even without the PlayStation Plus subscription.
The tech giant company said that the games are redeemable, downloadable, and playable. On the other hand, PlayStation 5 users will automatically have free access to "Ratchet and Clank," as well as other games via the PlayStation Plus collection.
"Final Fantasy VII Remake, Maquette, Remnant: From the Ashes and Farpoint are your PlayStation Plus games for March," confirmed Sony via its official Twitter account.
"As if that list wasn't big enough already, Destruction AllStars for PS5 remains available at no extra cost until 5th April!" added the company.
