The world of "Final Fantasy VII" is getting bigger with a brand new episode featuring Yuffie Kisagari and a new game for the PlayStation 5 titled "Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade."

Since PS5 was announced, JRPG fans have been clamoring when the beloved game will arrive on the console. Square Enix did not disappoint in delivering "Final Fantasy Remake" for the console and added a new chapter.

'Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade' Features Yuffie Kisaragi, New Mision, Characters, and More!

Wccftech reports that "Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade" is a PS5-exclusive version of last year's acclaimed JRPG, featuring new 60fps Performance and 4K/30fps Graphics modes.

Ultimately, the most exciting addition for longtime fans will be the new character starring Yuffie Kisagara, who was not playable in the original PS4 version of "Final Fantasy VII Remake."

In "Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade," players can play Yuffie Kisagari, a ninja task to infiltrate the Shinra Corporation and steal a powerful Materia and restore glory to her homeland.

Play alongside new characters and enjoy an expanded gameplay experience featuring multiple new combat and gameplay actions. The PS5-exclusive brings new light and a new perspective to what happened on the original remake.

PlayStation stated that "Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade" will be different from "Final Fantasy VII Remake" as the game developers increased the game's lighting, texture, and environment. New features have also been added in the JRPG, including the ability to switch between "Graphics Mode" that prioritizes high-quality 4K graphics and "Performance Mode" that prioritizes smooth action at 60fps.

"Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade" also features a Photo Mode, in which players can take photos of in-game scenes and save their favorite memories while playing the game.

'Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade' Price and Release Date

PlayStation also states that those who own the physical or digital PS4-exclusive game "Final Fantasy VII Remake" can upgrade to the PS5 version at no extra cost and carry over their respective save data. However, PS4 players who upgrade will still need to purchase the new episode featuring Yuffie Kisagari separately.

Besides that, players who pre-order "Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade" digitally will have the chance to get Yuffie Kisagari's primary weapon, "Cacstar," which can be used in her new episode for a price of $69.99.

A Digital Deluxe Version (89.99) of the PS5-exclusive will also be available, including a digital artbook and a digital mini-soundtrack from the game. "Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade" will be available on June 10 worldwide.

"Final Fantasy VII Remake" launched in April 2020 for the PlayStation 4, the first of the still-unknown number of entries in an episode retelling the original game. The game's focus is on Midgar - a sprawling city that featured a few hours in the PlayStation version of "Final Fantasy VII."

On top of recreating the game's entire world, fleshing out its characters, and adding entirely new stories and characters, the JRPG also hinted at significant changes in its canonized story.

The Verge reports that "Final Fantasy" game producer Yoshinori Kitase said that the work for the next installment has already begun, but the details have not yet been revealed.
