The famous video game "Final Fantasy" will be releasing its sixteenth edition, and it will be an action-oriented experience. But Square Enix promised they will not neglect the fans who are more into the story than the action.
'Final Fantasy XVI' new angle
Producer Naoki Yoshida revealed in an interview with the hosts of Game Hack, a radio show in Japan, that various modes will be available in "Final Fantasy XVI" and one of the modes will cater to game players who are more focused on the storyline.
Also, Yoshida talked about his aspirations for the story of the game and what he hopes will convey through its narrative. Yoshida revealed that the video game will include both the story and the action elements when he was asked about the "Final Fantasy XVI combat."

However, a "Final Fantasy XVI" story-focused mode will be available for players who are not as accustomed to action-oriented gameplay, according to Siliconera.
This story-focused mode will have different support actions, which were not detailed in Yoshida's interview and only mentioned a bit. However, Yoshida noted that the gameplay will be smooth and easy to get the hang of.
When talking about the video game's narrative, Yoshida said about his experience as being from the generation that was able to experience the series from the start. He said that he would like to make a world within the "Final Fantasy" universe that those who understand the complexities and the realities of good and bad can look forward to.
Also, Yoshida said that this entry will focus on the hardships and the experiences of becoming an adult, which he then hopes that people can equally be passionate about.
"Final Fantasy XVI" is now in development and is set to be released for PlayStation 5. It was announced in early October 2020 that basic development and scenario production for the video game was finished, according to Games Radar.
