Anker is debuting the latest accessory for the iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 that magnetically sticks to the back and charges the device at the same time, which are both proponents of the MagSafe charging technology. The device is a wireless power bank for the iPhone's MagSafe charging and is now available for preorders via Amazon.
The popular Chinese computer accessory manufacturer, Anker, is one of the first companies to release an accessory that is solely intended for wireless and portable MagSafe charging in the form of a power bank. The company is known for creating popular computer and mobile accessories for various products, and now, it is targeted at the iPhone.
Apple is known to have been rumored to be in the works to create an external battery pack for the iPhone 12, which would complement its MagSafe Wireless Charging method that sticks to the back of the smartphone.

Anker MagSafe Wireless Charging Power Pack for iPhone
According to Mac Rumors, Anker has just released a listing of the Magnetic Wireless Portable 5K Charger on Amazon and it is now available for users to preorder and reserve a model once it comes out. The device would be like other QI wireless charging-enabled power banks that have been available for Android devices in the past years.
However, this device would be focused on the MagSafe wireless charging capabilities of the iPhone that involves the use of magnets to generate and transfer power from the pack to the device's battery. The device can also charge iPhones with protective cases, as long as it's MagSafe compatible and has a designated slot for the wireless charger.
Moreover, there would be no need for wires on the Anker power pack as the device itself, is built-in with a MagSafe magnet inside to generate power to the batteries. While the magnetic device can snap on the iPhone's back, users would need to be careful and support it while charging to avoid dropping the product as it detaches.
Anker Beats Apple Leaks for iPhone 12 MagSafe Power Pack
According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, Apple has been planning to release a device that is similar to what Anker has recently revealed and made available via Amazon. The proposed MagSafe portable charger and external battery pack for the iPhone 12 has been rumored from the Cupertino giant to soon be joining its accessory list.
The rumored MagSafe battery pack from Apple has the capabilities to charge the smartphone at 15W, which is close to its actual charging from the actual MagSafe accessory that can be bought from the company. On the other hand, Anker's Magnetic Battery pack can only charge 5W for the wireless capabilities of the power bank.
