WhatsApp announced that it will be implementing the newest "Sign Out" feature for the users who want to have a rest from receiving hundreds of messages on a daily basis. You can now also log out of the app without having the need to delete your account so you could focus on other things in the meantime.
WhatsApp 'Sign Out' Feature To Soon Roll
Soon, the new feature of Whatsapp will come to WhatsApp messenger and to its business versions, according to a report by LiveMint. Through the update, you will now be allowed to log out of Whatsapp if you want to clear things rather than being disturbed by the flow of messages.
It is only a matter of choice for the user whether he/she will uninstall the app or just remove it right away. The new feature will make a big difference for those who want to get free from social media.
Furthermore, the "log out" feature will also implement a monitoring system for your consumption in social media usage. By then, you will be allowed to log in and out of the phone anytime you want.

WhatsApp Multi-Device Feature
As written in a tech site WABetaInfo, WhatsApp has been working on a multi-device feature wherein your app account can be used on different devices at once. Seemingly, the messaging service is now on its way to create a feature involving two types of multi-device.
- The first one is a multi-device with WhatsApp Web wherein you can utilize the web without the use of your smartphone to access the internet.
- The next multi-device will be its association with other devices. This feature lets you establish connections up to a maximum number of four devices connected to your WhatsApp account. Remember that this feature might undergo a tweak in the future but like the first multi-device, it will not require you to connect to the internet to use it.
Furthermore, the same source said that they have published a demo video so that users can have a better look at how to log out their WhatsApp account when it is linked to a device. When you watch the video, you can see "Log out," the newest option that you can use if you want to disconnect the device that you are using to your WhatsApp account.
Meanwhile, you can notice that the "Delete Account" has been removed in exchange for the "Log Out" option. Until now, it is uncertain if WhatsApp will just copy the option in the past section of the "Linked Devices." After WABetaInfo ran a series of tests, the feature smoothly worked on the messenger and business versions without having any issues.
In addition, the feature will possibly come to Android so that more tests could be conducted for different systems. For the user, be mindful that the multi-device lets you have a whole, new experience in WhatsApp so it is good that the messaging app is getting an upgrade yet there is no official date of the launch.
