According to an article by TechnoCodex, Samsung now reveals even more details when it comes to how it had created the brand new Buds and also the biggest hurdles when it comes to packing so much new technology into such a tiny device.

In an article by Express.co.uk, Master Han-gil Moon, the Head of Advanced Audio Lab, Mobile Communications Business over at Samsung Electronics actually explained just how the firm has been able to work on improving the audio credentials of the company's latest Buds and how being able to make them fully waterproof proved to be quite a tough challenge.

Samsung improves audio quality

Moon noted that the actual development of the said Buds Pro even took them around two whole years. There were reportedly three stages in its development. The very first stage is to be able to develop a unit along with good sound quality. It was also noted that they make sure that the unit would reflect all of the given improvements that they have identified along with the previous Buds products.

Once the unit is reportedly developed, they then install it in the said Buds and proceed to tune it until it comes out perfect. The company then gets feedback from their own audio experts in Samsung so that they can work on refining and fine-tuning the needed audio quality. It was said that the last stage of the whole development process is to be able to conduct some user tests for them to make sure that they provide audio quality that the users would like.

Samsung improves ANC.

Samsung has reportedly been making earbuds for quite a few years but the new Buds Pro reportedly comes packed with some new features which include the much improved ANC. The ANC is able to switch off the minute that users would start speaking. Getting the actual earbuds to understand just who the user is talking to is one of the most complicated features that Moon is reportedly proud of but was quite difficult to master.

One of the largest challenges was to actually make sure that it would only recognize the voice that it should recognize, according to Moon. It was also noted that what really drove the company to introduce this specific feature is that since the previous launch of the known Buds Live, they have reportedly committed to the total improvement of the call quality as well as implementing the said Voice Pickup Unit or VPU. This is a particular sensor that when the user would speak, the energy would then cause vibrations inside the head that the VPU will be able to pick up on.
