The company that is behind the disastrous black PlayStation 6 pre-sale has recently deleted it's very own website. This was done allegedly before some of the customers were able to receive the refunds for their own orders.
Black PS5 preorder
The particular company known as SUP3R5 has reportedly made about 300 PS5 consoles publicly available for pre-order some time last month for the price of $649 which is $200 over the price of a regular PS5 price. The consoles were set to sport a particular custom design that is based on the PlayStation 2 and also ship out some time later in the year.
According to an article by VideoGamesChronicles, however, the said launch had ultimately ended up in disaster right around when SUP3R5's website had struggled to be able to cope up with the demand and also took a lot of customer's payment even without being able to secure a console. The company then later issued a statement that had promised refunds while saying it was actually embarrassed with how the official launch went out. However, just a few hours later, it then cancelled all of the known successful orders and even permanently deleted the company's official Twitter account. This was due to the team allegedly receiving some "credible threats" towards their very own safety.
PS5 black edition refunds
While the company has already deleted entirely, according to what's seen on the internet archive, it looks like it was done on or some time before January 31. This means that the removal might have happened even before a lot of users could have gotten their refunds for the said SUP3R5 orders. With all of the social media accounts also permanently deleted, customers do not have any means for them to easily contact the company.
The story then goes to Reddit as a certain user had claimed not to be able to get back their money from the recently cancelled black PS5 purchase. However, another said that they had managed to receive the official refund on February 2. This, however, only happened when they had petitioned PayPal directly.

SUP3R5 hard to reach
Two other customers told the people at VideoGameChronicles through a private message that they had also opened a certain claim with PayPal after not being able to receive their very own SUP3R5 refund. The SUP3R5 customer named Alijah noted that they had tried sending an e-mail to the company thrice but have never been able to receive any type of response.
He then told VGC that he has not been able to receive his money yet despite it already being over a month. He also noted that he had tried going through PayPal in order to receive the refund but for some reason, it still was not working and Alijah reportedly had given up. The statement noted that the company claims 98% of all of the orders were already refunded. However, he highly doubts that this is true due to his frond also not being able to receive his yet despite spending over $800.
