Bungie, Inc. is bringing back three of the most popular and fan-favorite weapons in "Destiny 2: Beyond Light" from its predecessor, "Destiny 1," with the Palindrome Hand Cannon and Shadow Price Auto Rifle. Lastly, it would also include The Swarm Machine Gun, which would play a massive role in the game for new firepower of gamers.
The popular first-person multiplayer online shooter game with its expansion, "Destiny 2: Beyond Light," is debuting the "Season of the Chosen" in the platform that brought some pieces of nostalgia with it. The weapon's arrival is right on time with "Throwback Thursday," as this ammunition is considered to be fan-favorites and heavy hitters in the game.
To obtain the weapons, users would need to join and finish a series of challenges for the week called "Nightfall: The Ordeal Strike," which resets every week. The new season brings the latest challenges and allows these items to be obtainable throughout the season so users can take their time in getting the old school weapons from "Destiny 1."
'Destiny 2:' How to Get the Palindrome
According to Game Rant, the "Nightfall: Ordeal" is the only way to obtain the Palindrome 140RPM Void Energy Hand Cannon in the game, and it would not have the classic "Luck in the Chamber" perk. However, it comes with the latest one called "The Bottomless Grief" that refills the ammo of the Palindrome whenever killing an enemy in the game.
However, there is a catch to get the weapon, and players need to check the challenge's rewards before participating as it has a weekly rotation of the Palindrome, Shadow Price, and The Swarm up for grabs. Also, the challenges on Nightfall: Ordeal Strike differ on difficulty and these are also massive considerations whether the "Guardians" would reward the weapon.
Gamers are advised to try and accomplish the Nightfall: Ordeal challenge with the most difficult setting there is in the game. However, it would still be a random reward based on the performance of the gamer.
'Destiny 2:' How to Get the Shadow Price
On the other hand, Twinfinite reports that the Shadow Price automatic rifle would be dropping in the updated version of "The Devil's Lair" by the time of its release. Like the Palindrome hand cannon and The Swarm machine gun, the Shadow Price is obtainable via the Nightfall: Ordeal challenge that comes at a weekly rotation.
However, the Shadow Price would feature different weapon perks including the Overflow, One For All, and Dragonfly which would be an impressive characteristic of the weapon that is perfect for "Destiny 2."
Both weapons from the classic "Destiny 1" game are featuring an adapted version for the expansion pack of Destiny 2: Beyond Light." Moreover, these equipment are adept and would require massive grind from users, as the most difficult mode would be the only way to obtain the Palindrome and the Shadow Price.
