Ford has gone wild with redesigning the 2021 Ford Bronco for the prestigious ULTRA4 Off-Road Racing Series, debuting a Bronco 4600 Race SUV for the Stock Class event, on the King of the Hammers. The ULTRA4 Off-Road Racing Series is one of the most anticipated events that showcase some of the wildest vehicles that brings speed and rock-crawling capabilities.
This Ford Bronco 4600 Race SUV is not meant to shred or tear up any asphalt, as its main focus is to leave dust on gravel and off-road, as part of the popular Ultra4 Racing Series, that would be under the stock class series. The popular American car manufacturer, Ford, is still not over with its popular V-6 engines, as it would bring life to the Bronco in the competition.
The new and improved Ford Bronco 4600 Race SUV still depends on the architecture and chassis of the 2021 Bronco but would show its true colors that are adept for racing and off-roading. Initially, off-road driving was not meant for speed as drivers would need to traverse a technical and tricky terrain, which in one wrong move, could fail.

According to Ford's press release, the new version of the Ford Bronco that is made for track and gravel has debuted in King of the Hammers, a race series that focuses on rock-crawling and desert driving. The competition is one of the most popular events that test the capabilities of a 4x4 car, along with its chassis and toughness on the track.
Currently, there are two Ford Broncos who would join the competition, and those are the 4600 Race SUV and the 4400 series. Both vehicles are based on the 2-door and 4-door creations of the gas-powered vehicles, mainly featuring the boxy aesthetics of the Bronco, which became one of the most popular personal, off-road vehicles of 2020.
Ford Bronco 4600 Race SUV Specs
The car manufacturer has not skimped out on the details with the Ford Bronco 4600 Race SUV despite its "stock" status and model. In the competition, the stock does not necessarily mean that it cannot be modified, as the competition only requires that the body, engine, transmission, and frame remain original.
The Ford Bronco 4600 Race SUV would sport its original 2.7-liter EcoBoost V-6 engine, which goes side-by-side with its SelectShift 10-speed automatic transmission, and the T-6 Chassis of the vehicle. The addition to the stock 2021 Bronco 4600 would be its HOSS or the High-Performance Off-Road Stability Suspension, which aims to bring home the bacon.
Moreover, it would feature a Wilwood Engineering brake system, fitted on the Method Race Wheels 202 Forged Beadlock wheels, wrapped with the 35-inch BF Goodrich mud-terrain T/A KM3 tires.
