Creative Assembly has dropped another teaser for the anticipated "Total War: Warhammer 3", and fans of the video game believe that this is a build-up until the company released the full trailer for the game, which is the third and final installment in the "Total War" trilogy. It is said that the full 2021 trailer will be released on February 4.
Total War: Warhammer 3
So why are so many people excited about the release of the "Total War: Warhammer 3"? Half of the reason is that fans want to complete the trilogy, but there are other things that suggests the video game is bigger than just another DLC.
The first teaser of the game was released on January 29, under the title "Azyr Rises" which represented Khorne, the Blood God.
In the teaser released on February 1 on Twitter, under the title "Heed the Heavens" represent Tzeentch, the Chaos God of Change.

Now it is possible that the next two teasers, that is set to be released on February 2 and February 3 will feature the two other Chaos gods, Slaanesh and Nurgle. Slaanesh is the Prince of Pleasure, also known as the God of Excess. Nurgle is known as the Lord of the Decay, according to Reddit.
If this does happen, and the teasers represent the four Chaos gods, then whatever will be released on February 4 will either be a new DLC for "Total War: Warhammer 2" or to give the narrative for the final installment of the video game series, where Chaos will be spilt into four different factions. A full trailer for "Total War: Warhammer 3" might arrive on February 4, 2021.
The following two teasers might show off the other factors that are anticipated in the third installment of the game. There are speculations that it will be the next two Chaos gods.
The other reason why this release is more than just a typical DLC is that the pattern of teasers does not match the other release for "Total War: Warhammer 2". This is something more than a usual DLC release.
What fans what to see
Despite all of the speculation, Creative Assembly might just be trying to hype things up. However, with the release of the third installment scheduled for 2021, it is possible this is exactly what they are doing, according to Windows Central.
The fans has been hoping for more news about the next game, and the company has not released any announcement. "Total War: Warhammer 2" may have already released its final DLCs, but the company is moving on to the next process after a very difficult 2020 for game development.
So what does the fans want to see? Fans are waiting for a new race. Tilea, Kislev and Estalia are all in the game but these races use the same units as the Empire. If factions will be enhanced in the third installment, new units, unique Lords and new mechanics would be worthy additions to the third game.
Proper naval battles, more diplomacy options and short challenge campaigns are also some of the things that fans want to see in the third game.
