The American billionaire who had reportedly made his own fortune in both tech and fighter jets now wants people jumping in their own rockets just like the Jetsons some time 50 years from now. With Jared Isaacman billionaire making huge goals, it's quite intriguing to know exactly who he is.

According to an article by The Sun, Jared Isaacman age is 37 but will turn 38 on February 11 and he is SpaceX's newest astronaut. The said billionaire is now buying a whole SpaceX flight and now plans to take three different civilians along with him in order to circle the globe some time later this year.

Jared Isaacman SpaceX trip is the latest deal when it comes to private space travel on Elon Musk's company's runway for a whole orbital trip. Tech entrepreneur as well as pilot Isaacman had started his first business early at age 15.

Jared Isaacman net worth

As of February 2021, Jared Isaacman net worth is estimated to be about $2 billion. Forbes has described the businessman as a particular thrill seeker who has made his own fortune by training fighter pilots. His wealth then soared back in 2020 due to almost entirely his massive 38% stake in the company Shift4 Payments.

As a space geek ever since in kindergarten, Isaacman had dropped out of his high school early at age 16 then got a GED or General Educational Development certificate. He noted that he was not too motivated about his own high school life.

During this stage, he was actually flogging off certain credit-card terminals out of his own parents' basement and this became the genesis for Shift4 which is now known as a large payments technology provider over in Pennsylvania, according to a Forbes profile.

He had also set a speed record in flying around the world back in 2009 while he was raising money for a certain Make-A-Wish program. Isaacman then later on established the Draken International which is the world's largest private fleet of different fighter jets at the early age of 28.

Aside from this, Isaacman announced that he would be taking part in the world's very first all-civilian mission to outer space. Aside from flying to space, Isaacman aims to raise $200 million for the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Can a regular person go to space?

Jude Isaacman is offering two more seats, seat No. 3 and seat No. 4 for lucky winners and donators. Two other civilians will be selected to go to space.

It was stated that anyone donating to St. Jude during February will enter the random drawing for seat No. 3. It was also said that the fourth seat will go to a certain business owner who will use the Shift4 Payments.

Elon Musk announced that the space flight is expected to last for two to four days.
