Starbucks Employee from Tiktok Says He and All other Employees Can EvesDrop Customers

As Unilad reported, Starbucks employee named @Zandergjura on TikTok uploaded a two-part video that reveals he can see all customers in a car that pulls up in Starbucks. He says, "We can see you when you pull up. I can see your face and your car."

Moreover, other employees that do not take orders in the drive thru can still hear people's conversations in their cars through their headsets.

Even when you thought you're just talking to one employee, you're actually talking to a bunch of them. Moreover, conversations can easily be heard with their sensitive microphone, even you telling your mom to switch to another fast food chain.

One user replied under @Zandergjura's post saying "Ok, but ya'll still make my order wrong when all of you heard what I say." The hilarious reply received about 10,000 likes. According to Snopes, a fact-checking website, the TikTok user's allegations were true.

Drive-Thru Employees in Reddit Give Helpful Tips to Customers

Meanwhile, in other platforms like Reddit, drive-thru employees are also sharing their experiences on the weirdest things that they've hear customers saying over the drive-thru. Users also gave pieces of advice to customers. One user in Reddit created a thread after saying "Fast food employees, how sensitive are the drive-thru microphones? What unexpected stuff have you heard from customers who didn't think you could hear them?"

One person replied under the thread by saying "I don't think most people realize that if your car is pulled up on the sensor that triggers the microphone, we can hear what you're saying the entire time."

"I have heard conversations about abortion, people complaining about a long line, straight up badmouthing my coworkers, etc. I advise you to put your window back up after you order.", he said.

Another echoed the user by saying "Once heard someone saying 'stay buckled baby! you'll get a treat if you're good okay?' and I thought they were talking to a child. They pulled up to the first window and there was a kitten in the front passenger seat trying to climb up the back."

A McDonald's employee gave some helpful tips to customers. "We can hear passengers pretty well. If you are obnoxious we do make fun of you. Most people in the restaurant can hear you, we all wear headsets so we can talk to each other. So just beware of what you say because there's a good chance we make fun of you if you're rude."

"Also, just a tip for people, if you go to McDonald's please order your quarter pounder first. It's the hardest thing for us to make and the more heads up we have, the quicker it'll be done, and you can get your food and go."the user adds.

These users suggest customers to be more careful with the conversations that they have while pulling over drive thru stops to avoid the paranoia. Moreover, some smart tips like ordering a quarter pound can save you some time for your next hunger-rush.
