Apple provides iOS and macOS feature on Chrome
It still provides the same access to the passwords that users have previously created or had automatically been generated, or have even been saved in the Safari for either the iOS or the macOS while still using Chrome. The simple sync is known to be bi-directional with the brand new credentials that users store within Google's own browser that is saved to their own iCloud Keychain making it very accessible for the iPad, the iPhone, and even the Mac devices.
The extension reportedly prompts users to "choose a saved password to use" which will allow them to tap in the list of different passwords that have already been saved while signing in. Apple VS Facebook
While Apple CEO Tim Cook and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg are in a heated exchange online due to Apple's new policy which aims to protect user data by allowing them to choose to either share their data or not, the company still maintains releasing new updates for its apps and services, according to an article by Business Insider. With the new iCloud Passwords, users might be expecting even more features which were previously offered on strict Apple devices only to come to Windows as well.
However, this still remains to be seen and it still completely depends on Apple as to whether they will be releasing more apps that are now Windows compatible. As of the moment, there are no new announcements regarding what else Apple is planning to share with Windows users coming from its iOS selection of applications, features, and even extensions.
