The new GS66 Stealth from MSI is the latest configuration and flagship product from MSI. One user from The Verge has reported a detailed review of the machine and has concluded that the RTX380 can work just fine with the GS66 Stealth.
The user observes that some upgrades are not drastic. But the more pressing issue is whether Nvidia's latest high-end graphics chip is worth the wait regarding performance and QHD display. Generally, the mobile variant is a big leap from the RTX 2080. Moreover, games look incredibly great both from the last generation device and the new one.
MSI GS66 Stealth with the RTX 3080 Performance
The RTX 3080 with 16GB of video memory is undeniably competitive when it comes to dealing with the heaviest games that go 60 frames per second in QHD, even when graphical settings are set to max. Laptop Mag also agreed that the display is great with the new stealth. The IPS screen is contrasty with better view angles and the G-Sync does well in keeping visuals clean .
The performance of the machine was just as fast as the last model, although it did not top off the performance of other devices when used with Adobe Premiere Pro video rendering. The user exported a five-minute, 33-second 4K video to test the processor. Now, the GS66 Stealth finished rendering the video in a span of six minutes and thirty seconds. However, last year's model was faster with only three minutes and 14 second duraton.

MSI GS66 Stealth with RTX 3080 Design
Design-wise, the 2021 GS66 Stealth is very similar with that of last year's model. The trackpad is large for the machine and the overall look is impressive. It also has backlit keys that suits RGB through SteelSeries software.
The fans are very loud, as compared to last year's which is a bit more quiet even when running under pressure. There are laptops louder than it, but it's fair enough to say that it;s pretty loud, depending on the type of game you are running. The user notes that "CyberPunk" among all games made the loudest noise for this.
The keyboard also seems to be too crowded, with the important function key lying at an awkward place. The chassis in the bottom of the laptop also bends slightly which might make you lose your confidence a bit. However, the downsides of this device far outweighs its good performance.
