Tesla is now opening its employment gates and is enlisting help from qualified individuals to work in its Gigafactory Nevada plant for the production of its most massive vehicle yet, the Semi Truck. The company's truck head and trailer combo seem that it lacks manpower for its productions and is compensating by hiring new ones, to continue the delayed venture.
The popular electric vehicle manufacturer and clean energy company, Tesla, is now facing a lack of manpower for the production of its vehicles that is slated to come this year, with the truck awaiting its engineers. All job openings are looking for an experienced person, with regards to engineering and technical aspects, as the offer requires only the best.
Tesla has delayed its Semi, the fully-electric four-wheel semi-truck that has a massive range of 500 miles, for reasons unknown, but now it seems that the company is getting back the reins and pushing forward with it. It is the largest electric vehicle in Tesla's lineup, featuring a partnership with Japanese consumer electronics company, Panasonic.

Now is the chance to become part of Tesla's team, particularly in Gigafactory Nevada and with the Semi Truck venture that would be a unique one, because of its all-electric motor. The independent motors are attached to each wheel, ensuring that it would function as such, and carry the massive load most semi-trucks handle on the daily basis.

Process Engineer
This role requires the person to implement, develop, and optimize the production within the company's plants, in the manufacturing of the Tesla Semi. Moreover, it would mostly focus on the process of the production and ensure the smooth workflow, optimizing the use of tools and other equipment found in the plant.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, physical science, or related.
Quality Engineering Manager
The manager would be in charge to provide Operational and Technical leadership, with the expertise to the vehicle that would be created within the factory. The Quality Engineering Manager would ensure Tesla Semi's parts would be adequate and meet the standards set by the company, before its use on the actual vehicle.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, 5+ years of experience
Process Technician
The Process Technician is responsible for ensuring that the production lines and its task are performed well and continuously, including mechanical and chemical processes in the creation of the Tesla Semi. The technician would be working directly with different materials, including the creation of qualifying new equipment.
Requirements: Technical Certificate or Associate's Degree in Electronics, or related; Gigafactory 1 manufacturing experience, etc.
Tesla was supposed to be unveiling the Semi by 2019, following an announcement made in 2017 that it would take 2 years to complete production. However, certain delays pushed forth its production, another 2 years later.
