Nintendo's Physical Rewards system is one of the most player gratifying feature of the company, especially after playing one's best and after long hours to collect My Nintendo points to compensate one's self. However, sometimes, most of the My Nintendo rewards are out of stock, pushing gamers to frustration, which is why a Redditor aims to answer that problem.
The initiative is like the existing PlayStation 5 stock tracker that enforce bots and codes in various websites to monitor any changes regarding the availability and nonexistence of the item in the online shop. The Japanese gaming company sure gives gamers rightful compensation but the stocks immediately disappear as players choose from the shop.
According to Reddit's r/MyNintendo and u/RootBearr, a new system is up and available for Nintendo gamers to use and utilize, particularly in tracking stocks and monitoring the physical rewards that are up for grabs. Some of the items included are collectibles and limited-edition merchandise from popular Nintendo franchises and titles without costing so much.
My Nintendo Physical Rewards Tracker: How to Use Stock Availability Checker
The Redditor says that a website-based application is available to be used by any My Nintendo user to track the availability of any items they wish to purchase or get once availability is live on Nintendo's online shops. The website is named "My Nintendo Rewards," which can even allow users to subscribe and receive notifications via the web browser.
To use the website, go to the My Nintendo Rewards link (https://my-nintendo-rewards.web.app) and check the different in-stock products, along with their Gold Points cost and availability status. Cross-reference the list to the official website of Nintendo's reward systems.
It is worth noting that the Redditor's initial stock tracker is available for the United States region only, but is trying to create a Europe region checker as of now. However, the Europe region tracker is already available on the website but notes that it is still in "experimental" mode.
The Redditor promised to add more regions to the tracker.
My Nintendo Physical Rewards Tracker: What Could It Do?
The rewards system from My Nintendo is divided into point categories which are namely, the Platinum points and the Gold points. Each color point corresponds to different rewards and compensation for players but can not be used in the other's prize system.
The Platinum Points are the lower tier of the My Nintendo point system which can be easily collected when doing missions in different games that support the rewards structure of Nintendo. These points are more inclined to use for entering tournaments or special events, along with certain promotions in-game.
On the other hand, the Gold Points are the more premium version of the My Nintendo point system as it introduces players to better compensation and pricing scheme. Nintendo's Switch system and eShop are eligible under the Gold Points, meaning that games can be bought and DLCs are up for purchase.
