One of the main quests in "Cyberpunk 2077" is The Pickup, which involves finding a way to free Brick. But who's Brick anyway? Well, he is Maelstroms' former leader who was usurped by Royce. Well, unlike what Royce implied in the in-game dialogue, Brick was not killed and he is still alive. Well, sorry for that spoiler.

Now, to the left of the door, you will find a detonator on the metallic thing that looks like a fridge located on the corner. Pick up the detonator, and choose whether to disarm it or set the charge off. Relax, disarm the charge, and go and talk to Brick.
