As the Marvel-themed Chapter 2 Season 4 ended recently as featured Marvel heroes and "Fortnite" players went on war against the world-devouring villain Galactus. Although the team has beaten Galactus, the war caused much damage as some End Point was consumed and caused the loop.
For "Fortnite" Chapter 2 Season 5 the best hunters of the galaxy will make sure no one escapes. The new season comes with some changes and new quests to aid players succeed in battle pass levels. One quest sends players on a quick challenge to collect maple syrup buckets that can be found in Weeping Woods.
According to DoteSports, since the location is a jungle, players could easily get lost in it, so locating all of the three Maple Syrup buckets can be slightly challenging. However, this guide can be of help. Here is where to find all three maple syrup buckets in Weeping Woods.
'Fortnite' Locations: Where to find maple syrup buckets in Weeping Woods
There are three maple syrup buckets, which "Fortnite" players need to find to earn some XP and make a bit progress in earning the new seasonal Battle Pass. Game Rant suggests players to head first to Weeping Woods. It is located in the southwest from the center of the map and players can easily locate them in the map as it is a named location. They can begin the search for the Maple Syrup buckets once they reached the area.
1st maple syrup bucket location
Go to the top left corner of the Weeping Woods map. The bucket is next to a huge tree nearby the wooden lodge. Walk towards it and pick it up using the interaction hotkey.
2nd maple syrup bucket location
Go to the other side of the map, which is the right top corner of the Weeping Woods. This is close to the desert where the bucket is sitting next to a tree on a hill.
3rd maple syrup bucket location
Travel to the center of Weeping Woods to get the third and final maple syrup bucket. From the letter G in Weeping Woods, it is located a few meters down and sits beside a tree.
After getting all three maple syrup buckets, a pop-up with Mancake on it will appear and give a reward of 10,000 XP. However, since players need to cover a wide range to complete this quest, we suggest looting up or landing on top of a vehicle to be able to reach the locations quickly while on a single match.
Players should take note that the Weeping Woods is not the only challenge involving Maple Syrup. Another quick challenge sends players to collect a stash of the sticky Maple Syrup from the Hunter's Haven.
The challenge is currently in rotation though, so some players may not be able to play it at this time. However, that would be a topic of yet another guide to help players gain access to it and earn XP as rewards.
