With "Fortnite" Season 4 reportedly ending soon, the new "Fortnite" Galactus event is going to be the finale of the current season. During this event, the huge Devourer of Worlds will appear in a cool cameo! Loyal players of "Fortnite" better get strapped for the reported biggest event of Fortnite history, according to an article by RepublicWorld.
'Fortnite' Galactus event
The currently most interesting question about the upcoming event is "how big is Fortnite Galactus?" For those that don't know, Galactus is actually a marvel supervillain built by Epic as one of the massive threats to the world of "Fortnite" as he is now set to invade the precious island in a massive in-game event.
The hype regarding the supervillain started off with the official "Fortnite" Season 4 trailer and was elaborated by a YouTube video by CommunicGamer. Galactus is said to hit Fortnite in an event taking place on December 1, but just like the video earlier, there are leaks showing just how true to the comic book this supervillain will be.
'Fortnite' Season 5
Epic Games has also told its fans to log into the game particularly at least an hour before the event starts. When the event ends, it is said that the whole game will then remain online until December 3 which is when the "Fortnite" season 5 is going to come out. "Fortnite" has reportedly had quite a speed bump this year with Apple making things harder for "Fortnite" and its iOS users.
There was even an increase in "is 'Fortnite' dead?" searches but clearly, the game still has a strong following. With the whole pandemic going on, the movie industry has been affected and because of this, the gaming industry has really grown in size. Since it might be a while until the next Marvel movie, fans can still enjoy their favorite characters through "Fortnite."

Fortnite leak
According to another article by Forbes, data miners usually keep quiet when it comes to what players should expect but certain clues like the expected file-size, which is said to be bigger compared to the previous live-events, gives fans an idea of what to expect. The article by Forbes then states that the given clues might mean the following.
Previous map might come back when the event ends. Or maybe a hybrid version of both of the maps.
The previous black hole might return which would send the game into maybe an extended downtime.
The colossi coming from the past live-events might even return to the game like the giant cat robot coming from Chapter 1, season 9.
With this being said, the game is expected to keep rolling for quite a while with no plans on stopping but rather expanding as it goes. With the pretty sweet collaboration they have with Marvel, fans are still expecting even more to come out of the game franchise.
