Mythical Pokémon Zarude will arrive in the "Pokémon Sword and Shield" in the United States on December 11 to those who signed up for the Pokémon Trainer Club. Meanwhile, a player discovered a secret feature on the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch Lite that most gamers are not aware of.
A "Pokemon" film will also be released soon. The movie was originally scheduled in February in time for Pokémon Day but the coronavirus global pandemic pushed back the film. Those who have pre-ordered tickets could claim Zarude as well as Shiny Celebi on their Sword and Shield games.
'Pokémon Sword & Shield': The mythical Pokémon Zarude
Zarude was the main character in the 23rd Pokémon film, "Pokémon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle," that will be released in Japan theaters in summer of 2021, according to a press statement released on November 13.
The new Mythical Pokémon Zarude of the Galar region, Zarude will be featured in the upcoming animated Pokémon film as well as the video games Pokémon Shield and Pokémon Sword.
Zarude will also appear in Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) expansion, which was launched on Friday, November 13. The Pokémon Company International's TCG "Sword & Shield-Vivid Voltage" set is already available at Pokémon Center and other participating retailers across the world.
The TCG expansion also introduces Amazing Pokémon, an all-new kind of card that features Mythical or Legendary Pokémon illustrated in vividly rainbow background that bleeds outside the frame, etched details as well as special rarity symbol. Aside from Zarude, the expansion also includes; six Pokémon VMAX in their Gigantamax forms, including Orbeetle VMAX, Coalossal VMAX, and Pikachu VMAX; 13 full-art Pokémon V as well as11 Pokémon V.
How to Get the New Mythical Pokémon in Pokemon Sword and Shield
The Pokémon Company announced how players could get Zarude in "Pokémon Sword" or "Pokémon Shield." All trainers in the U.S. just need to sign up by November 20 to receive Pokémon newsletter from the Pokémon Trainer Club. While it arrives on these two games, Zarude will not appear in regular gameplay.
After signing up, you just need to wait for an email that includes a distribution code. They can use this code to redeem Zarude on December 11. This mythical Pokémon will be on level 60 and have various moves like power whip, close combat, snarl, and swagger.
This Pokémon is Grass and Dark-type and has the Leaf Guard ability, preventing it from being inflicted by extreme sunlight effects. It also has a signature move called Jungle Healing, which can heal Zarude and partner from any status effects during double battles.

'Pokemon Sword and Shield' gameplay feature
Streamer and pixel artist "TAHK0" recently discovered a that one of the features in "Pokeon Sword and Shield" allows the playable characters to cheer. In one of his streams, he waved his Nintendo Switch Joy-Cons and saw that the characters were also waving their arms while cheering. TAHKO find this discovery incridible and many were also pleased with the said feature. Now, players can cheer whenever they want to.
According to Comicbook, players of this game are meticulous and it is surprising that this was just recently discovered. Although other gamers would claim that they know this already prior to TAHKO's revelation.
'Pokémon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle'
While Pokémon said the Movie will be released in 2021, but there is still no specific date yet. Here is the synopsis of the movie:
The "Secrets of the Jungle" is the story of a young boy named Koko who was raised by the Mythical Pokémon Zarude in the Forest of Okoya, a Pokémon paradise far from any human community. In this jungle protected by strict code of rules, Koko grew up believing he is a Pokémon.
However, upon meeting Ash and Pikachu, Koko doubts his personality. Nevertheless, as the Forest of Okoya is threatened, the unique bond between human and Pokémon was put to the test."
