For those who've been able to follow the whole "Dragon Ball Z" era, the game has been one of the most nostalgic experiences ever by bringing back those good old childhood memories. However, it seems like something went wrong as the game started to lose its following over time. "Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot" will now be releasing the DLC 2 and an article by GameRant begs the question, will this be enough to bring players back?
'Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot' DLC 2 announcement
The article starts off with stating that Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot has finally announced its DLC 2's upcoming release date. However, it stated that the DLC 2 might have still missed its chance to be able to convince players to come back and play the game again.
It is pretty obvious that when "Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot" first came out, most of the fans were pretty much excited ever since Bandai Namco Entertainment finally made its official announcement regarding an upcoming "DBZ: K" DLC 2 release date.
'Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot' DLC 2 November 17
At this particular point, however, fans had to wait a long seven months ever since the previous release of the first DLC. This is also almost reaching 11 months ever since the game was first released altogether. According to the article, due to the long wait, some news about the game's status was actually even more than welcome to fans.
With this said, some fans couldn't reportedly help but feel that Bandai Namco could have actually picked the very worst time to release its DLC 2 coming out on November 17, according to an article by WCCFTech. This is due to most gamers' minds already wrapped up and preoccupied by the launching of the next-generation consoles and other new and highly anticipated games.

Will the DLC 2 be covered by the next-generation consoles?
For those that aren't aware, "Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot" was still able to stun its fans upon its initial release with a very enjoyable gameplay as well as a surprising dedication for the game to still remain strict to following the source material. Although there have been quite a lot of attempts to retell the whole "Dragon Ball Z" story as a particular video game, none of them have reportedly been able to reach the level of nostalgia that "Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot" was able to achieve.
The season pass, however, has been a little less impressive due to its throwing of the story aside and favoring more of the combat and level grinding section of "Dragon Ball Z." However, diehard fans have been said to still have high hopes for the game's new post-launch future. Others, on the other hand, have found themselves completely abandoning the game altogether ever since Bandai Namco has spent quite some time in silence leaving all of its fans left in the dark.
