Magnets have been a big part of technology and allow a number of functions to be carried out within the phone. These magnets are responsible for not only holding certain parts together, they are also responsible for charging, and other different functions.
Since magnets are often associated with the bigger magnets, it's hard to imagine that magnets could look like something else. This would also make them hard to spot should the insides of an iPhone 12 Pro ever be inspected.
YouTube influencer breaks down an iPhone 12 Pro to see what's inside
A video on YouTube uploaded by JerryRigEverything shows exactly what these magnets look like. The video starts with a fun fact explaining how magnets could potentially damage credit cards. It's always very inconvenient when a credit card stops working and one reason for its damage is its exposure to magnets. The video is titled "iPhone 12 Pro Teardown - Where are the Magnets?!"
The video then promotes Ridge Wallets which are metal wallets designed not only to look cooler and more futuristic but to also protect the credit card from particular damages that could happen when they are exposed to magnets. Since iPhones with wireless charging reportedly use stronger magnets, keeping cards in a metal wallet could be a good idea to protect the said cards.
What happened after the screen was removed?
The video then proceeded to take apart the known iPhone 12 Pro. It was noted that although the design has changed in design, the screws are still located down below. One of the first mistakes being made in the video is the improper removal of the screen.
It is important to be a bit more knowledgeable and learn from the mistakes of others when it comes to dealing with gadgets especially like the iPhone 12 Pro since it is not a cheap gadget to tinker with. The video then details how to remove the other parts within the iPhone 12 Pro and according to the video, some parts were snapped right off after removing the mobile phone's screen.
Differences in the iPhone 12 Pro and how Apple innovates its phones
It was noted that the battery is actually smaller than the previous iPhones sporting a simple 2,800 mAh. Most of the parts found inside the phone are smaller than previous parts of the model. Although Apple has been controversially branded as "not innovating" the changes can actually be seen within the phone itself through the parts that are getting smaller and smaller.
Finally, the video got to the back part of the iPhone 12 Pro where the wireless charger was supposedly located. This finally showed a big circular but thin magnet which was responsible for providing the phone a better attachment to the wireless charger.
The YouTube channel has about 6.37 million subscribers and mainly focuses on things related to technology and other interesting experiments.
