Food science is a reasonably moderate study with no substantial attention, not until now, with IXON Technology's novel method that can keep meats and several other produce fresh for up to years of shelf-life at room temperature. No need to buy a costly refrigerator and consume electricity with the innovation of food experts from IXON Food Technology.
"Lock-in" the food's freshness even without the chemical preservatives that help remove the bacteria from animal flesh, particularly the meat that the majority of the world consumes. Freshness is a luxury among the food industry, and the more raw certain produce is, the more it brings the vitamins, minerals, and elements needed for sustenance.
Food Technology: Is There a "Fridge-Free" Method In the Present?
No need to worry about food spoilage for atleast 24 months when using IXON's Food Technology for instant-prepared food. The novel method by the scientists who innovated the next-generation procedure of preservation uses natural processes to maintain the food's freshness and state.
IXON's method of preserving food can only be seen or heard from futuristic and science fiction films or television series that envisions out-of-this-world methods. However, what's perceived as a "thing of the future" is now in the hands of present scientists, Felix Cheung and Elton Ho, both based in Hong Kong.
Both scientists met at Hong Kong's Baptist University when they first conceptualized and envisioned a way to preserve food for longer periods without the massive dependence on electric consumption and refrigeration methods. The founders created IXON with the hopes of revolutionalizing the world's food technology.

IXON's Food Technology: Fresh and Energy-Efficient
IXON Food Technology is now three years old and has unlocked the secrets behind the most natural and energy-efficient way of preserving food for a whopping two years more than its shelf and even "fridge" life. Cheung and Ho's brainchild is now breaking boundaries and barriers with one of the world's most fragile industries.
One of the food industry's most significant challenges is keeping food fresh despite long-ensuing production methods, harvesting, catching, and ultimately, transporting the food to restaurants or household for use and cooking. Some foods do not even make the tables or even the rigorous cooking process because of the unexpected spoiling during storage and transportation.
According to Deloitte, people prefer fresh food more than anything, being the primary point of concern when ordering or buying. The demand for new food increases over the year, and logistics has grown to accommodate one of the world's highest paying industries.
How does IXON Preserve Food?
IXON Food Technology uses the gentle way of preserving food dubbed as "ASAP," which stands for advanced sous-vide aseptic packaging that heats produce to 140°F (60°C). This method can sterilize the food, especially animal meat, to remove its microbial elements that cause spoilage.
The company is hosting a Kickstarter for its funding to research more on preservation methods other than the ASAP technique. According to its food scientists, ASAP-processed food can last for up to two years at room temperature and still keep the freshness even after a long period.
What Does IXON Offer?
