'Sims 4 Expansion Pack: Snowy Escape' Features
Simply looking at the picture, it shows that the new expansion will allow sims to do snow-related activities like snowboarding, sledding, winter sports, and even rock climbing. For sure, these activities will excite fans of the game.
Aside from that, it also hints on the possible location since the background shows snowy alps and an Asian inspired neighborhood. YouTuber Simmer Erin even mentioned that might be probably in Japan wherein players will be introduced to Mt. Komorebi.
Polygon reports that although the Seasons expansion pack already added holiday games and winter, this new expansion might focus on vacation activities. It is also possible that more skin tones will be added to the game.
However, it won't be featuring bunk beds, babies and cars. The offical website of Sims wrote, "foundational technology we need to work through and sometimes we need to dig into designs more deeply to make sure we understand your expectations. This work takes time, and we don’t update you on these projects until they become more real." Apparently, these will not yet be available on "Snowy Escapes."
GameRant also reveals that there won't be improvements for "parenting systems and animations, generational activities for children and elders, and general improvements to gameplay mechanics."
"The Sims 4 Expansion Pack: Snowy Escape" details will be revealed on a trailer. "The Sims 4" and its Expansion Packs are available on Steam for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
