CBS Los Angeles first reported the latest sighting, which happened two months after the first month. A China Airlines crew staff was the first one to report the mysterious flying man.

According to LADBIBLE's latest report, the jetpack user was spotted around 1:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 14, about seven miles to the north of LAX. During this unpredictable year, anyone could be that mysterious flying man, even Elon Musk, since he can afford it.

Although this might seem not a serious matter during the ongoing pandemic, the FBI and FAA are taking the jetpack user very seriously because they think that the unknown person can threaten the United States airspace.

FAA is now looking for witnesses

The Federal Aviation Administration already notified the bureau and the local enforcement agency. They are now looking for witnesses or anyone with information about the mysterious flyer.

"The FBI is in contact with the FAA and is investigating multiple reports of what, according to witnesses, appeared to be an individual in a jetpack near LAX, including one today reported by a China Airlines crew. Anyone with information should contact the FBI at 310 477-6565," said the FBI.

FBI wants you to report anyone's suspicious behavior

If you have noticed that your neighbor, or anyone, has a noisy garage, you should inform the FBA, especially if you caught that person buying a lot of jet propellant fuel. As of the moment, there is no confirmation yet if the man is the same one that was spotted previously.

The first incident was reported by an American Airlines pilot who informed the control tower, saying that their plane has passed a flying guy using a jetpack.
