A particular Gary Whitta, known as a screenwriter, game designer, author, and also game designer has admittedly posted that he finally tried out Among Us for the very first time and was the impostor for four consecutive times in a row and each round, he apparently won! He then teased and posed the question asking if there could actually be a "glittering new career" ahead of himself.

Who is Gary Whitta and what makes him so important?
Gary Whitta is a known screenwriter popular for his work on The Book of Eli back in 2010, After Earth back in 2013 along with M. Night Shyamalan, and also more popularly known as a co-developer for the whole Rogue One story. He is also known as the chief-editor for both the UK and US editions of the PC Gamer magazine as well as a contributor to the popular gaming magazine called ACE.
Among Us has become quite a popular game amongst gamers of all ages from younger gamers to older gamers. The game is filled with action but in a very unexpected kind. In fact, it's quite rare to find games like Among Us nowadays which require an extreme amount of cooperation from the different players within the game.
Among Us Gameplay: How is the game played?
The game is played with a group of people containing either one or two impostors. The impostor's goal is to kill the other players and come out unnoticed. The players have to finish a certain set of tasks before the impostor kills all of them. What makes the game challenging is the small area in which the importer can kill and he has to do so discreetly.
Once a dead body is found, the body can then be reported and the team has to talk and collectively decide who killed the body. It's a whole he-said she-said game which is quite interesting since most of the interactions are actually done through another gaming tool known as Discord.

The importance of Discord in gaming
Discord is popularly used by most people to help them communicate with one another especially while playing video games online. What makes Among Us unique is that it is a game that cannot just be played without the use of Discord.
Without discord, no discussion can be done and therefore defeating the purpose of the game itself. Since the game is about finding the killer, there is no way to point out who the killer is within the game itself.
The game has become quite popular as most known professional gamers have slowly started playing the game. This time, maybe even Gary Whitta himself will start playing the game professionally?
