A particular top official over at the United Arab Emirates just recently revealed that his very own country plans to be able to send an unmanned spacecraft over to the moon by the year 2024. The announcement was given by the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who is currently also the ruler of Dubai.
