Amazon and Google also use AR
Before Apple even suggested to bring AR on the table of TV Plus, Amazon and Google already made this possible for each of their provided services.
For Amazon, the new AR shopping tool called Room Decorator allows customers to view multiple products together, or even see if the item is under the eligible furniture products in the Amazon shopping app for iOS and desktop web browsers.
"With access to the inspiring furniture styles available on Amazon, customers can do more than just imagine their dream rooms - they can visualize them to make more informed shopping decisions," Amazon said.
Google, at the same time, also introduced a similar feature this week. Engadget reported that the Google Arts and Culture now allows users to view ancient creatures from Moscow's State Darwin Museum and London's Natural History Museum-- in the most realistic way.
