On Sunday, Aug. 16, Elon Musk Twitter account went viral again after the SpaceX and Tesla CEO tweeted a request for all his fans and critics.

He is begging everyone to vandalize his official Wikipedia page.

Yup, you've read it right. The Elon Musk is officially asking everyone to open Wikipedia, search his name, and write whatever they want on his page. Of course, it was a fun ride for all people that tried it. Like this one:

Some people are also calling him rapper on Wikipedia adding his qualifications, "Elon Reeve Musk (born June 28, 1971) is an "Engineer," "Industrial designer," "Technology Entrepreneur," "Philanthropy," and rapper."

As Tech Times checked on his Wikipedia at 10 PM, Aug. 16, the original articles on the page were back.

When did this start?

Editing Wikipedia pages are okay with the website.

As per their official how-to-guide, "Wikipedia is a wiki, meaning anyone can edit almost any page and improve articles immediately. You do not need to register to do this, and anyone who has edited is known as a Wikipedian or editor. Small edits add up, and every editor can be proud to have made Wikipedia better for all."

However, maybe due to too much people accessing Musk's Wikipedia, his page is now locked saying "This page is protected to prevent vandalism."

The Wikipedia and Elon Musk issue started in 2019 when the tech billionaire fact-checked his own page on the website. One of the top things that Wikipedia made mistake with was that Musk was told investing.

We don't how the whole Musk-Wikipedia issue started again in 2020. But on following his Twitter thread, it was seen that the tech billionaire started criticizing the platform again.

If you're going to give a chance to edit Musk's Wikipedia, what will you write?
