We know you're all patiently waiting for the upcoming Call of Duty: Warzone Season 5 trailer. As of now, we only have few leaked game teasers from not-so-reliable sources. But did you know that a different but recently leaked COD: Warzone trailer, now trends on Reddit? Yup and the video is freaking hilarious that you may pee in your pants.
Don't tell us we don't warn you. Here's the 'Updated Warzone Trailer.'
Where to watch the new 'Call of Duty: Warzone' trailer?
Just to clarify first. Activision nor Infinity Ward released a new COD: Warzone trailer. Reports said that the much-awaited Season 5 of both Warzone and Modern Warfare will be launched in August, this year. Interestingly, when something like these is about to happen, fans are being quite creative in their own ways.
Just like this Reddit video captioned 'Updated Warzone Trailer,' which features 'Captain Price' and his team inside a helicopter.
Updated Warzone Trailer from r/CODWarzone
If you're familiar with the first seconds of the video, it was from the June 30 COD: Warzone- Verdansk Air Official Trailer. It features 'Captain Price' flying a helicopter plane while Simon 'Ghost' Riley, Thorne, and the others went skydiving to attack their enemies from the air.
The original clip from Activision was mind-blowing and full of action theme-- with tons of bombs, C5, and other weapons.
But with the trending video, posted by u/TheMillionthSam on Reddit, the trailer was spectacularly brilliant and freaking hilarious. Instead of the bombs and C5 from the original video, the last seconds of the trailer was edited with the surprising presence of cheaters in COD.
Cheaters in COD: Warzone
Game cheating is already a long-time issue for players in COD: Warzone-- or even other COD games. Due to the video, people in Reddit pointed out how incompetent Activision for not doing anything to curb the increasing numbers of cheaters on the action game. They called the Reddit video as the 'most accurate gameplay trailer they have ever seen.'
"As a developer, you know you messed up when your fanbase uses your own f****** promotional clips for videos like this.
It's hilarious and sad at the same time," said one Redditor.
Another Redditor said "You should find yourself ashamed of the customer base leaving and not wanting to play because of pc players hacking every game and when you turn off cross-play you find no matches. Again ACTIVISION do your jobs and fix this s***."
The video that was labeled with 'Humor' in it turned out to be a debate platform for fans to protect or criticize Activision about the cheating issues.
Few Redditors chose to protect Activision by saying that the company only had enough people for developing the game, but not for protecting the game from cheaters.
What's your side on this?
