Ghost of Tsushima's teaser has been released, and is now available to watch online, featuring a burse of details within the minute of trailer, Gamesport shared the story.
After its successful launch during the debut trailer at E3 2018, Ghost of Tsushima is keeping its reputation as one of the most highly anticipated PlayStation 4 games this summer.
Then, there are also discounts offered within the game. Let's find out about these details, as you read along.
Eager gamers
Gamers and fans have been patiently anticipating Ghost of Tsushima for two years already, and with the delay before the launch date, it is only necessary to make things better than ever. The title alone sounds like Resident Evil with a blend of thriller, doesn't it?
These delays were caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, not only affecting the gaming community but everyone else in the world. During April, another PlayStation exclusive The Last Of Us Part 2 also had its release delayed, and with this, fans cannot help but to correlate this to Ghost of Tsushima.
These doubts escalated further when the game was postponed from its release data last June 26. This delay happens to be a month. However, seeing the bright side, while in the process of waiting for the launch date, they were able to finish The Last Of Us Part 2 before moving over to the samurai epic from Sucker Punch, the reports added.
Launching this July 17
The launch date of Ghost of Tsushima happens to be this July 17, Friday but the trailer has already been wowing fans all over the world. Appearing like an ad, this 59-second long trailer officially from PlayStation showcases a fast and exciting frame of pictures featuring various environments and gameplay.
These include foggy plants, windswept highlands, fields lit by the moonlight, and protagonist Jin Sakai narrating his decision to betray the code in order to protect their home from invaders. Jin Sakai was shown struggling to defeat the enemies throughout the game's environments.
There were also previews of tricks that players can take, as Jin, including grappling hooks and flash bombs that are reminiscent of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.

The launch of Ghost of Tsushima will conquer many notions about game design. For one, it is unique. The inspiration was from samurai movies, and though there were concerns about whether the non-Japanese game developer can authentically carry out the story about Japan authentically, everything is anticipated to go well.
Are there mistranslated phrases? Yes, this is another issue brought by the fans. But many of them were surprised seeing the trailer, and right now, they have already been getting ready for the launch.
PlayStation exclusives
Meanwhile, there are exclusives coming forward with PS4 and Nintendo Switch. Aside from the Ghost of Tsushima, Paper Mario: The Origami King is also releasing on the same date. However, they will never compete with each other, especially that both will be offered with discounts on Walmart.
Ghost of Tsushima and Paper Mario: The Origami King will be sold at $49.94 with $10 discount upon launch.
