The pinpointing and the blaming are also part of the difficulties. Naya is a model singer, and actress in Hollywood. She started her career as a child star and also modeled in runway shows. Aside from her stint with Glee, she already appeared in various national television ads before receiving the role of Hillary Winston on CBS' The Royal Family when she was four.

Sonar technology

Her friends at work and in her neighborhood remember her as a woman full of energy, and where they can source out inspiration. With her disappearance, everything changes.

According to reports, they have started utilizing sonar technology to look into the innermost portion of the lake and search for possible physical beings, but found no tracks toward this assumption.

More so, cadaver dogs are being brought into the site to assist the investigation team, and these creatures are concentrating on the lake's northside and eastside.

The family of the actress has released no statement yet as of press time, however, authorities are in coordination with her loved ones. Capt. Eric Buschow told the press, "They are going through an extremely difficult time."

Will she be found, or the world will face what it fears?

Or, suicide?

From the investigation unit, Sgt. Kevin Donoghue appeared in an interview with People magazine and shared that this stage in their investigation was "purely accidental."

Donoghue stated, "We interviewed her son and there was nothing that we learned from her son that would have suggested that this was suicide. Everything that we've learned so far leads to this being some sort of water recreational accident."

He added, "To say definitively what actually happened, we really can't say. We just don't know, it's a mystery... We're still investigating, we're still searching. We're trying to uncover clues as we go. But so far, we really don't have a lot of information to make any guesses as to what could have happened."

The most proximate presumption they have is, it is a disappearance and her body is somewhere in the area.

This four-year-old boy was the last person to see Rivera on July 8. Josey and Naya rented a pontoon on Lake Piru for a swim one afternoon. However, within three hours, the authorities found the little child alone in the boat.

However, her co-stars are vocal about it. Glee actress Heather Morris commented, "I'm holding on to hope that the rescuers will bring Naya home in a swift and speedy recovery. I know she would remind me in moments like this that God has a plan for everything and although we may not know that that plan is, we need to keep our chin up and stay strong."
