The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) focuses not only on venturing the outer space to find out-of-this-world discoveries but also developing devices or other technologies that could help fight the ongoing global coronavirus pandemic.

CNET stated that the guidelines set down by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDCP) can be used by the people to protect themselves from the coronavirus infection. The guidelines include avoiding touching face, wearing a mask, disinfecting surfaces, and washing hands frequently.
The space agency said that Pulse can be reproduced by anyone since it is designed to be simple and affordable. Other big tech companies also develop different wearables to help reduce further spread of the virus. This includes Samsung, Google, and Apple. Handwashing timers were added on Samsung, and Google watches, while Apple announced different updates at WWDC 2020, including face masks for Memoji to encourage healthy habits and handwashing time for the Apple Watch.
