Tesla's Model Y Quality Received Negative Reports From Media Outlets: Here's How to Avoid Them

Tesla Model Y dinged by different media outlets because of its quality issues. According to Forbes' latest report, a tempest of negative media reports on initial deliveries of the Model Y is currently faced by the big car company, Tesla.

"As for quality issues. Our car's b-pillar trim doesn't fit right and neither does this lower bumper trim, the rear door alignment is slightly off, the rear seats are similarly uneven, and there's a loud rattle coming from the rear somewhere," said Kelly Blue Book in his Youtube video, reviewing the car model.

According to Electrek, many buyers have reported that the big car company told them that the end of June would schedule the delivery of Model Y, however, it will be delayed because of defects found in the vehicles. There are also some cases where Tesla would still deliver the vehicles even with the defects.

One of the car's biggest issues is that the backseat wasn't attached to its base; which is one of the problems widely reported by new buyers. Several issues such as indentations in the seats, paint and trim problems, and loose belts were also reported. To help with the car's issues, a Youtube influencer, Ben Sullins, also posted a video revealing the quality problems that should be avoided.
