CGTN reported that the document "Fighting COVID-19: China in Action," consists of four chapters. It explains China's control, prevention, treatment efforts conducted for the battle against the novel coronavirus, as well as the country's efforts made at a global level in international cooperation. The newly released white paper shows the command system in China, stating that a strong guarantee for China to win the all-out people's war against COVID-19 was achieved with a centralized and efficient command system.
It was noted that all the authorities and other sectors must follow the instructions and leadership of the central authorities. They must also cooperate and perform their respective duties. The white paper claimed that the Chinese Government has taken the most comprehensive, thorough, and strictest control and prevention measures from the early outbreak to an all-out nationwide effort to combat the global pandemic.

The white paper also highlighted China's use of science and technology, making full use of both to win the battle against coronavirus. It elaborated on how the country engaged in international cooperation over the past several months.
The country vowed to continue advocating multilateralism and globalization during the pandemic, even in its aftermath. Some countries that promote the ideas of erecting walls, decoupling, and deglobalization were pointed by the white paper, stating that those ideas will not only tear the world apart but also harm the proponent countries.

Meanwhile, coronavirus experts defended the globalization of China's TCM. According to Global Times' previous report, a top-level consultant in Central China's Hubei Province in the fight against coronavirus stated that globalizing China's TCM is not political, negating the claims saying that globalizing it is a form of "cultural invasion."
"We are unable to fill an individual decoction by holding his or her nose," said Zhang Boli, an academician with the Chinese Academy of Engineering.
He claimed that promoting TCM was not politically motivated. He said that saving lives outmatches everything during the ongoing battle against the novel coronavirus. The clinical trials conducted by Chinese experts revealed the safety and efficacy of Lianhua Qingwen capsules taken by coronavirus patients, claiming that the medicine could possibly relieve symptoms and also increase the recovery rates of severely ill COVID-19 patients.
