CS: Go Updates; Weapons changes and map adjustments

One of the most controversial weapons in CS: GO, the Krieg SG553 will now be nerfed, along with some good buffs on the M4A1 and Deagle.

According to the patch notes released by Valve, a "reduced rate of fire and accuracy to bring the weapon's value to be more in line with other rifles" is now implemented in the SG553 -- the most complained about gun in CS: GO for the past couple of weeks. Players are glad to see the weapon get nerfed.

The AUG is has received a major upgrade as the standing accuracy while unscoped has been improved, but in return, the scope accuracy has been reduced. Meanwhile, the M4A1 has to be the biggest winner of this update since the purchase price has dropped to $2900, making it a more feasible weapon option for teams in the future.

Players have loved how the Krieg changes have affected the game. Those are being well-received by the gaming community.

Buffs on the Deagle may have gone a little bit too far as it has now become too accurate along with jumping. Whether or nor this gun will become the new SG553 -- being the most hated one -- remains to be seen.

And although this is not the only feature the update has tweaked, maps are also a part of the patch, including the newest map, the fan-made Anubis. This winning map on the Mapcore Exoctic Places contents will now be moved from Scrimmage to Competitive mode.

Mirage, Chlorine, Office, Overpass, and Inferno have also received changes in the patch, some are minor, some are major, plus cosmetic fixes.

The patch even added a launch option called noubershader, which players with very old intel hardware can use to improve framerate. Auto-vocalizations have also been silenced by bots during warmup.

Maps: In inferno, HDR settings have been tweaked. The beverage machines in the office have been restocked. Also, snow has accumulated by the dumpster in the back courtyard, and they tidied-up the kitchen breakroom, as well.

As for the overpass, they fixed a few bombs stuck spots, including clipping issues ner crazy rover. The missing material for glowy eyes grenade clip on yellow tarp has been fixed, plus changes to the water puddles, plywood on B bombsite, CT player models. The environment has been changed to brighter shades, too.
