His career spanned over 20 long years under the Los Angeles Lakers, with numerous awards that make him one of the most celebrated basketball superstars on the whole of NBA. Back on December 1, 2015, Bryan played his first game after his announcement that he will be retiring after his 20th season in the NBA against the Philadelphia 76ers, his hometown team, and lost to them 103-91 at the end of the final buzzard.
For his last game of the season, however, against the Utah Jazz, it was a whole different story--scoring 60 points out of the 101 the team had overall. It was a season-high record, even to the point of Kobe outscoring the opponent's team 23-21 in the fourth quarter.
The Lakers finished the season with their worst record ever received in a season which was 17-65.
