The Pixel 4 XL just got leaked again, to no one's surprise.
This time around, it's in the form of high-resolution images that give a close look from just about every angle. It even shows off some of the phone's features, namely Smooth Display and its face unlock.
2019's Most Leaked Smartphone
Besides Google's official teasers, the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL have been leaking over and over again, from videos to sightings in the wild. Something along the lines of a Pixel 4a is even expected. Now the website Nextrift says it got its hands on what could "possibly" be the Pixel 4 XL.
On the front, the Pixel 4 XL doesn't have a notch or anything like it. It does have a thick bezel on top where it sports all sorts of sensors for its face unlock features. On the back, it has a square camera bump housing dual cameras.
Meanwhile, its top is pretty clean, having only one microphone hole. Its bottom has a USB-C port that's surrounded by cutouts for its speakers and microphones. On one side, the power button, which is orange here, and the volume rocker can be seen. And no, it doesn't have a 3.5mm headphone jack.
On the software side of things, the images give a peek at Google's Smooth Display technology, which enables a 90 Hz refresh rate for the screen, and face unlock and its many configurations.
October Event
Google is expected to unveil the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL on Oct. 15. In other words, excited fans won't have to wait too long before they get to see the upcoming flagships in all their glory — officially, that is.
Specs of the phones are still up in the air, but rumors have said that the two will have at least 6 GB of RAM and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 under the hood.
