Kim Kardashian can now add influential fictional character to her 2014 accomplishments which include marrying (and staying married to) rapper Kayne West and breaking the Internet with her butt.
That's right, TIME magazine ranked Kardashian the second most influential fictional character after Elsa from Frozen. Sure, she is a reality star, so we can safely assume parts of her life are dramatically exaggerated for ratings the camera. But is she really a fictional character? However, if you think the magazine is throwing serious shade Kim K's way, you couldn't be be wrong.
TIME is actually referring to Kardashian's virtual character in her widely popular Kim Kardashian: Hollywood app.
Nasdaq reported that the "freemium" game earned $43 million in its third-quarter this November, as the app is expected to make over $200 million dollars. Although the app is free to download, it makes its money from requiring users to buy items and other incentives to help them advance in the game.
And after all its success, it only made sense that Kim would want to let momager Kris Jenner get a cut.
Kardashian announced on Facebook in November that her mom's character would join the game after collaborating with The Global fund AIDS charity.
Kim also announced on her Instagram that her sisters, Kourtney and Khloe have joined the game in its new update. The picture shows Kourt in a shimmery, short dress, Khloe in a black jacket and boots and fourth sister Kris Jenner sporting her short haircut.
Kourtney tweeted her excitement writing, "Move over Keeks, we wanna play too! #KimKardashianGame.
"Oh hiii @kourtneykardash @khloekardashian!! Now it's a party!!#KimKardashianGame," responded Jenner.
It's still unclear if they will share profits from the game. Kim Kardashian: Hollywood has been downloaded over 22.8 million times.
Now that's its a family affair—and after adding new features from Kim and Kayne's wedding—the next character we want to see is baby North.
