Sony has taken the wraps off its free PlayStation Plus games for November 2017.
This time around, the lineup includes great picks for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita, as well as a bonus for PlayStation VR.
PlayStation 4
First up is Bound, and it's centered on a ballerina who gracefully goes through obstacle after obstacle set in an animated environment.
What really does justice to it is the PSVR version of the game, which coincidentally marks November's PS Plus lineup as the first to include two PSVR-compatible titles — the other one is Until Dawn: Rush of Blood, but more on that later.
Next up is Worms Battlegrounds. As everyone probably knows already, the stars here are, well, worms, but they're not the ordinary kind. They're equipped with all sorts of weapons, from bazookas to dynamites and grenades.
Last but not least, Dungeon Punks is available for the PS Vita, but it's also on the PS4 too through a cross-buy option.
Now it's also worth mentioning that Horizon Zero Dawn is on sale at $38.99, Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix at $39.99, and Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 at $16.99. For PS Plus members, the prices across the board go further down to $27.99, $29.99, and $13.99 respectively.
These are all part of Sony's time-limited Double Discounts Sale, which is scheduled to end at 8 a.m. PT or 11 a.m. ET on Nov. 7.
The fun doesn't end there either, as there's a ton more up for grabs over at the PlayStation Store, but here are a few notable titles (discounted prices are listed as the total for PS Plus members):
• Cartoon Network: Battle Crashers - $19.99 to $5.99
• Farming Simulator 17 - $49.99 to $19.99
• Yooka-Laylee - $39.99 to $19.99
• Divinity: Original Sin - Enhanced Edition - $39.99 to $11.99
• Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - $59.99 to $11.99
PlayStation 3
PS3 owners get R-Type Dimensions, a classic shoot-'em-up arcade, but going beyond its roots, it comes with a neat option to switch between old-school graphics to a higher, more defined resolution at a tap of a button.
Next is Rag Doll Kung Fu: Fists of Plastic, putting gamers' fighting prowess to the test.
PlayStation Vita
As mentioned earlier, Dungeon Punks is one of the two PS Vita titles in the mix. The other one is the adventure game Broken Sword 5: The Serpent's Curse, and it comes with both episodes 1 and 2.
PlayStation VR
Aside from Bound, the PSVR game that Sony put into the spotlight is Until Dawn: Rush of Blood. It's just in time for Halloween too, and there's no shortage of action and frightening foes in this horrific roller coaster game.
Going over the nitty-gritty details, PS Plus members can grab this as a bonus game between Nov. 7 and Jan. 2 — that is, for users in the United States, Canada, and most of Latin America.
Before wrapping things up, be sure to check out the PS Plus October lineup before Nov. 7, as the November selection will take over by then.
This is hot on the heels of Sony's PlayStation Media Showcase at Paris Games Week 2017, and it's just the thing to keep gamers busy while waiting for the big titles announced at the show to arrive.
