Nokia, if one goes by the rumors, has quite an impressive lineup of smartphones to unveil at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017.
Along with its rumored flagship smartphone Nokia P1, it is also expected to bring back the iconic mobile phone from the 90's i.e the Nokia 3310.
Amid all this anticipation, Withings the French company Nokia acquired in 2016, has tweeted that it will also join HMD at its press event on Feb. 26 at the MWC. In the tweet, Withings also confirmed that it will make a "keynote announcement" at the press conference that one should not miss.
Since Withings' acquisition by Nokia in 2016, rumors have been rife that the world would in sometime get to see Nokia-branded health devices or apps, as the former is well known for manufacturing them.
What Can We Expect From Withings?
Withings after its acquisition has been working under Nokia's Digital Health division. Thus it is difficult to zero in on any one device that can be unveiled by the former on Feb. 26.
Known for building health connected devices, Withings has also built a smartwatch. Thus one can expect the exciting announcement to range from a smartphone accessory to a health app exclusive only for Nokia, or even a smartwatch running on Android Wear 2.0.
Moreover, Withings can also launch something related to the smartphones HMD Global has planned to launch at the MWC. It is rumored, that the Finnish company plans to unveil at least three Nokia smartphones at the press conference, namely Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and a modern version of the classic Nokia 3310.

The French company after its acquisition by Nokia changed its name from just Withings to "Withings, Part of Nokia." The company basically manufactures connected health devices and apps to track an individual's health and lifestyle for monitoring and improvement.
Along with smartwatches like Active, Active Steel, Active Pop, Steel HR and Pulse O2, Withings has also developed a smart thermometer named Withings Thermo, Withings Go activity tracker, Smart Body Analyzer along with a weighing scale, and many more digital smart health products.
