What happens when you take "Sesame Street's" patented brand of puntastic humor and combine it with the world's most popular science-fiction franchise? A parody video dubbed "Star S'Mores" where Han Solo tries to eat Chewbacca.
The short, which runs through the entire original "Star Wars" trilogy in a little over five minutes, features Luke Piewalker, the Cookie Monster as Han Solo, Chewbacca as a cookie, and a Princess Leia with Oreos on her head. Take a look below:
The video revolves around Cookie Monster's "Flan Solo" struggling to not eat his best friend Chewie, who is a delicious looking chocolate chip cookie. Along the way, "Sesame Street" manages to impart a heartfelt lesson about self control after Only One Cannoli tells Solo to "use the four." You'll have to watch the video to find out what exactly that means, but it sure isn't the ability to jump crazy high or trick people with a wave of your hand.
"Sesame Street" also inserts a fitting tribute to puppeteer Frank Oz. The character Grover, one of Oz's creations, takes on the part of Yoda in the parody, the ancient Jedi master who was brought to life by Oz in "The Empire Strikes Back."
Other movies like "The Hunger Games," "The Wizard of OZ" and "The Lord of Rings" have also gotten the "Sesame Street" parody treatment, but it's hard to top Cookie Monster flying a spaceship while trying to eat his cookie wingman.
