Shudder Launches New May 'Movie Mayhem' Collection To Its Horror Streaming Service

Some may save their scary movie marathons for the month of October, but if you are a huge horror fan, then you don't need a holiday to celebrate the gore, ghosts, slashers and psychos.

Those who can't get enough of these types of chilling titles probably use Shudder, the streaming service dedicated to all things horror. The platform has an expansive library with creative categories, but Shudder is unleashing even more monstrous titles as part of a new collection called "Movie Mayhem" for the month of May.

New films in the Movie Mayhem collection will be added to the platform each weekday throughout the entire month. Those include titles like sci-fi flick The Midnight Swim, the foreign film Mexico Barbaro and the classic 1979 film Zombie. Shudder kicked off its Movie Mayhem with the May 2 release of We are Still Here, the 2015 film starring Barbara Crampton and Andrew Sensenig about a house that demands a sacrifice.

Many of the titles in the Movie Mayhem collection are still a secret, but there are a few release dates for which we can get excited. The rest of the movies will be announced throughout the month on Shudder's Facebook and Twitter pages.
