Is The Bullet Club Going To Become The Modern nWo In WWE?

Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows made a splashy WWE debut on Monday Night Raw last week, running in on and trashing the Usos with shockwaves of their presence reverberating throughout the company.

The electric moment also seemingly had Anderson and Gallows planting the Bullet Club's flag firmly into WWE soil in a movement, which could grow as rebellious as a modern-day New World Order. Think we're being far-fetched? Well, in that case, perhaps laugh now, cry later.

In a new video entitled "What you need to know about Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows," WWE not only sheds light on the tag team, but also highlights its affiliation with current superstars in seemingly teasing how the Bullet Club could continue to gain more members.

After describing how Anderson and Gallows have terrorized the rings of Japan and beyond as three-time IWGP tag team champions of New Japan Pro Wrestling, the company luminously points out Bullet Club alumni currently in its company, including NXT champion Finn Balor and AJ Styles.

About Styles, the current No. 1 contender for Roman Reigns' WWE World Heavyweight championship, WWE adds, "So, you could say they're well connected," referring to Anderson, Gallows and the "Phenomenal One."

We found it intriguing that WWE is openly pointing out their connection, because it makes us believe that the Bullet Club could be re-formed like Voltron before the WWE Universe's very eyes at any moment. After all, time and time again, it has been reinforced that pro-wrestling's legions of fans love a rebellious faction.

Driving the modern-day nWo comparison further is the fact that the Bullet Club does use the same "too sweet" hand gesture that Kevin Nash and Scott Hall did regularly. Speaking of Hall, the WWE Hall of Famer's son, Cody Hall, is a Bullet Club member in NJPW. Would WWE ever ink him, with Scott Hall presiding over the faction in some type of mentoring role? It's something to think about.

Considering Shane McMahon's willingness to give NXT stars a shot on the main roster on Raw, perhaps we'll see Balor latch back onto the Bullet Club sooner rather than later. Styles, already a weekly performer on WWE's flagship show, could follow.

Who else do you think may join the crew?
