As Burger King rolls out its angriest Whopper made with a bright red bun, people are raising a very important question - "What color would their poop turn into?"
It can be remembered that Burger King, as its Halloween offering, offered Whopper in black buns. The black buns richly coated with A-1 steak sauce, consumers claimed, turned their poop green.
The green poop, according to Naturopathic Physician Pamela Reilly, is due to the high concentration of the dye used to color the buns. Burger King countered the statement and said that the food coloring concentration is well within the safe and Acceptable Daily Intake (ADI) that the Food and Administration Drug (FDA) approved.
Now, people are wondering whether their poop would turn into red, as well. Some took to Twitter to voice out their anticipation, even trending the #AngriestWhopper, as they await "poop reports" from consumers.
The burger chain previously launched its "Angry Whopper" made of grilled meat, crispy bacon, onion angry, tomatoes, fresh lettuce, manchego cheese, and jalapeños. After being a hit with patrons, Burger King doubles up the anger with its "Angriest Whopper" that will feature flame-grilled beef piled with thick-cut bacon, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, creamy mayonnaise, crispy onion petals, American cheese, jalapeños, and spicy angry sauce layered between hot sauce-infused buns.
For a limited time, the burger will cost from $5.49 to $7.49.
Founded in Jacksonville, Florida in 1953, Burger King has more than 34,000 employees worldwide and is the second to McDonald's in the fast food industry.
In August 2015, Burger King offered McDonald's to create the ultimate burger, the McWhopper, which they would launch during the International Day for Peace. However, the latter has since declined the offer.
